Specifically, a sub-dermal worm piercing the skin to emerge in the ear canal, eat ear wax and then reenter through the skin.
Possibly eating the excretions in the ear canal which have not yet become ear wax.
Maybe laying eggs in the ear canal?

Parasite Cleanse FAQ: When I went to *** in the bathroom there was a cricket on the floor so I put the cricket in the toilet and then i peed when i got up there was a brown worm at the bottom of the toilet movin around was it from the cricket or me???
