What does it feel like to have a parasite worm in your body, I think I may have one?

Parasite Cleanse FAQ: Occasionally, in my legs, I feel things - perhaps muscles - moving involuntarily. Is it because the muscles are just re-adjusting their positions within my body, or is it tapeworms - or any other sort of worms - moving from one region of my body to the next?
I’m a skinny guy.
