You must be talking about pinworms. All you do is wait until night when your child is sleeping, pull down their pants, and with a flashlight in hand, take a piece of tape and place it over the **** sphincter. Remove the tape and you should see tiny parasites on it. Do this only if you suspect your child may have pinworms.
