i was pulling out weeds and on the end of the root of a plant i found tinyyy insects, they were white maybe as small as a millimeter in length and width. it had two very tiny black dots for its eyes it was creamy-white colored. i freaked out i was wondering if anyone knew what this thing is? thanks!

Probably a maggot. You didn’t say if it had legs or not, if it didn’t have legs, it was probably a maggot.
