What kind of ancient virus or frozen parasites?
Well we have found many frozen microorganisms, but I hardly believe any would wipe us out.
Possible, we did find seed that was perfectly preserved in the ice to a point that we can plant them. Virus or bacteria might survive, but parasite need a host to live there for very improbable, unless you consider virus and bacteria as parasite too. Larger parasite will not survive.
