Why would a parasite that belongs in your intestines be living below your eyelashe. If your serious, this really isnt the place to ask that question. You should already be at the doctors.

I agree you should see a doctor soon. Are you sure its something so serious? While picking grapes I got poked in the eye by a branch, it hurt at the time but hurt much worse later. It looked like there was something under my eyelid pulsing…truly gross but it was a tiny piece of bark working it’s way out.
Is this a fluttering behind your eyelid? Are your eyes watering a great deal? Any swelling in the immediate area. Is the white of your eye red and irritated. More info please.

It’s possible. You need to have fresh stool samples examined for ova (eggs) and parasites. Find the lab in your area which can actually do this, and ask when they want it. Take them a fresh sample. And repeat this several days in a row. One sample may not show it, and another one will. This way you can get a diagnosis of the type of worm, and get the right medicine to take to kill them. Pork tapeworm is notorious for burrowing around the body, but I’m sure there are others. We usually don’t see this in America.

Albendazole (Albenza) may be the best drug to kill the worms if they are tapeworms. If this doesn’t work, may need to surgically remove them.
