Download malwarebytes.org and run full scan. you have adware. This should take care of your issue
also free is superantispyware.com. I use both with an antivirus and have no problems. Good luck and be safe out there!
Sounds to me you’re browser has been hijacked.First of all it could be a spyware/adware problem,download super anti-spyware and run a complete scan.If this doesn’t work,read on.Do you have any anti-virus software installed on your pc? if not,download any one of these starting with the best and run a scan on your pc; avira antivirus,malwarebytes anti-malware,dr.web,threatfire or kapersky.if its pesky to remove,run the scans in safe mode by tapping the F8 key at startup then select safe mode with networking.You will also need a good firewall as of now,i suggest pc tools firewall or fort knox firewall to prevent further hijacking.Please download the above mentioned softwares from the parent sites to be safe.

then to Options
then to Content
and make sure that Block pop-up windows is checked.If not,check it and click OK.
If it is,then do what the other two said.Download and run Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware. You can get a free copy at CNET
